Cheap Boracay Rooms @ Bonueva Home

It's been so cold lately that I can't help dreaming about summer again. And of course, where else would I go other than the beach, right? I was thinking of doing another one month island vacation somewhere like what I did in Boracay from March-April of 2011. After all, I was just there last month and as usual, I loved every minute of the island experience (well, except the part where my bessy got a bit sick). Anyway, I once again booked my 4 nights' stay at Bonueva Home, an affordable Boracay accommodation and a cozy place to stay at, located in Station 3 and only 50 steps away from the white sand beach.

Bonueva Home has expanded since the last time I was there. Wonderful owners Ervin Bonot and his wife Jet added more and bigger rooms to accommodate tourists and guests looking for an affordable place to stay in Boracay.

This photo below was our room.

Scouting for Cheap Boracay Buffet

When Peter was still here in Boracay with me, there was one time when we would walk from Station 3 to Station 1 at around 4:00pm to look for possible places to eat.

We noticed that many of the restaurants at this time prepare their buffet table arrangements, and some restaurants would even have a guy or a girl telling passers-by about their menu and pricing.

Buffet prices at Boracay range from Php250.00 to Php385.00. The closer we got to Station 1, the more expensive the prices of the food got. We still wanted to make sure though. So even if we had to climb this mini cliff due to the high tide, we still did it just to check out if there's anything exciting to eat at Station 1.

Bonueva Home Boracay Cheap Rooms

This is my room here at Bonueva Home. It's small but it has everything I need. Very affordable too!

It was November 2010 when I booked my flights for Boracay. We just came from our 1-week stay in Dumaguete (which I should also blog about soon!) and I thought, why not finally do this one month island vacation thing I've been planning to do for so long? So I booked my flights and then I started searching for a cheap place to stay. That's when I saw BONUEVA HOME in my search.
